Fangs are set apart so we add a bar for support it’s not visible from the front buts attached so its counted as 3 teeth, Single teeth only are only for permanents, though our style offers the the look but all grillz need support.
So if you’d like fang that would be no problem but we would add a bar for support.
And the cost of the bar would be the equivalent to 1 tooth!
